What we do

Two practices, one delivery team.

Most integrators stop at the wall plate. Most software firms never see the building. We do both, so the room and the system behind it are commissioned by the same people.

Technology Integration

Rooms, venues, studios and networks. Specified against the actual space, installed to standard, commissioned with documentation you can hand to the next engineer.

  • Integrated AV systems
  • Live events technology
  • Broadcast solutions
  • ICT infrastructure
  • Advanced security systems

Enterprise Systems

Large scale software systems that connect an entire organisation. Finance, people, customers and stock stop living in separate spreadsheets and start reporting to one place.

  • ERP, resource and finance planning
  • CRM, sales and customer data
  • SCM, procurement and logistics
  • Systems integration and data migration
  • Reporting, dashboards and training
AV / 01

Integrated AV Systems

Boardrooms, auditoriums, training rooms and worship spaces. Display, audio, control and conferencing designed as one system rather than a shopping list.

  • Video conferencing and room control
  • Line array and distributed audio
  • LED walls and projection
  • Digital signage
LIVE / 02

Live Events Technology

Conferences, launches, concerts and national events. Sound, lighting, staging and vision mixing with crew who have done the rehearsal, not just the quote.

  • PA, monitors and RF management
  • Stage lighting and rigging
  • Screens, cameras and vision mix
  • Hybrid and streamed delivery
BCST / 03

Broadcast Solutions

Studios, control rooms, outside broadcast and playout. Built around signal flow, redundancy and the workflow your production team actually uses.

  • Studio and control room fit out
  • Cameras, switchers and routing
  • Playout, ingest and archive
  • Acoustic treatment and lighting
ICT / 04

ICT Infrastructure

The layer everything else depends on. Structured cabling, networking, power and server rooms specified for load today and headroom for later.

  • Structured cabling and fibre
  • Switching, routing and wireless
  • Server rooms and racks
  • UPS, power and cooling
SEC / 05

Advanced Security Systems

Surveillance, access and detection integrated into one operator view, so incidents are seen once and handled once.

  • IP CCTV and video analytics
  • Access control and turnstiles
  • Intruder and fire detection
  • Command and control rooms
SYS / 06

Enterprise Software

ERP, CRM and SCM implementations that give every department the same live numbers. Scoped, configured, migrated and supported.

  • Requirements and process mapping
  • Configuration and integration
  • Data migration and validation
  • User training and adoption
Enterprise systems

One organisation. One set of numbers.

Enterprise systems are large scale software platforms that integrate an entire organisation's processes. They let teams share data in real time instead of reconciling versions of it. Three types carry most of the load.

Enterprise Resource Planning

ERP connects the core tasks a business cannot run without. Finance, human resources, procurement and inventory all post to the same ledger, so a stock movement in one branch is visible to the finance team the moment it happens.

Best suited to organisations where month end takes too long, where branches keep their own books, or where nobody can answer a simple question without three phone calls.

  • FINGeneral ledger, payables, receivables and fixed assets in one chart of accounts.
  • HRPayroll, leave, attendance and staff records tied to cost centres.
  • INVStock levels, transfers and valuation across every store and branch.
  • PRCRequisitions, approvals and purchase orders with an audit trail.
  • RPTBoard level reporting drawn from live transactions, not month old exports.
BENEFIT 01

Single source of truth

Every department reads the same live data. No more reconciling three versions of the same report before a management meeting.

BENEFIT 02

Better speed

Repetitive daily work is automated. Approvals, postings and reorders happen on rules instead of reminders, which saves both time and money.

BENEFIT 03

Easy growth

Large teams scale across offices and borders safely. New branches inherit the same processes, controls and reporting on day one.

Who we build for

Sectors we work in.

The equipment changes. The discipline does not. Every install is surveyed, drawn, commissioned and documented the same way.

GOV

Government & Public Sector

Council chambers, briefing rooms, command centres and secure networks.

FIN

Banking & Finance

Boardroom AV, branch surveillance, access control and core ICT.

EDU

Education

Lecture capture, smart classrooms, campus networks and CCTV.

MED

Broadcast & Media

Studios, control rooms, outside broadcast and playout systems.

HOS

Hospitality & Conferencing

Ballrooms, meeting suites, digital signage and event production.

WOR

Houses of Worship

Sanctuary sound, projection, camera systems and live streaming.

HLT

Healthcare

Nurse call, surveillance, records infrastructure and telemedicine rooms.

IND

Manufacturing & Distribution

Plant networks, perimeter security, ERP and supply chain systems.

How a project runs

Survey first. Quote second.

Every stage produces something you keep, whether that is a drawing, a test sheet or a handover file. The order matters, so we do not skip it.

01

Site survey

We visit, measure and listen. Room acoustics, sight lines, cable routes, power and what the team is actually trying to achieve.

02

Design & proposal

Signal flow drawings, equipment schedule and a costed proposal. You see what each item does before you approve it.

03

Install & commission

Structured installation, labelled terminations, then testing against the design. Nothing is handed over untested.

04

Train & support

Operator training, as built documentation and a support agreement with defined response times.

Regional coverage

Eight markets, one standard.

Headquartered in Nairobi and delivering across East, Central and Southern Africa. Cross border projects are run from one project office, so specification, labelling and documentation stay identical in every location.

Regional deployments include shipping, clearing and on site commissioning

About us

A technology partner, not a box supplier.

Melkisa Enterprises Solutions is a leading provider of integrated AV systems, live events technology, broadcast solutions, ICT infrastructure and advanced security systems. We deliver reliable, future ready technology across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia and South Sudan.

Our team works from Gateway Mall in Nairobi and travels to site. We specify equipment because it fits the room and the budget, not because it is what we hold in stock. Every project ends with documentation, training and a support line that answers.

Common questions

Before you send the enquiry.

Yes. The same project office runs the AV, ICT and security installation and the enterprise system implementation. That matters most on projects where the two meet, for example linking access control to HR records or tying a command centre to an incident log.

That is the ideal time to bring us in. Early involvement means containment, power and cable routes are provisioned correctly instead of chased into finished walls later. We work alongside your architect, main contractor and electrical team.

Talk to us about the specific site. You receive a written findings note, a signal flow concept and an itemised equipment schedule so you can compare quotes on equal terms, whether or not you appoint us.

Often, yes. We start with an audit of what is in place, document it, then propose either a support agreement or a staged upgrade path. We will tell you honestly if the existing system is worth keeping.

It depends on how many processes and locations are in scope and on the state of your existing data. A single site finance and inventory rollout is measured in weeks. A multi country ERP with data migration is measured in months. We scope in phases so you get value from the first module before the last one goes live.

We deliver across Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia and South Sudan. Regional projects are quoted with shipping, clearing and on site commissioning included so there are no surprises at the border.

Send the brief and we will come back with next steps. If a survey is needed we will say so, and we will tell you what it involves before anyone travels.
